职位描述

Global Supply Chain Planning Manager role is a global function, strategically located in Shenzhen. The supply chain planning manager will be responsible for creating global supply chain planning strategy and execution plan to sustain high service levels to customers and drive inventory improvement plans. This individual will be leading a team of supply chain planners and will work closely with our contract manufactures around the globe.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Interface with sales, marketing, product development, finance and operations to formulate and drive demand and supply planning
? To develop supply chain strategies facilitating a flexible and scalable outsourced manufacturing model that delivers sufficient capacity to satisfy upside demand and enough flexibility to minimize materials / inventory obsolescence.
? Use demand information, growth plans and order patterns to develop capacity and global inventory plans
? Monitor service and inventory performance and adjust supply chain execution plans for maximum results
? Work closely with S&OP leaders to develop constrained monthly demand plans
? Create inventory / material visibility to relevant parties
? Provide project management leadership in Inventory / Materials Management
? Lead cross-functional team on projects. Communicate and work with all levels of the organization. Manage a large multi-function program or a set of projects. Interact with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

SKILLS

? At least 5 years working experience, with Supply Chain Management and demand planning experience
? Strong analytical skills. Ability to interpret data and package data into information that drives actions and strategies
? Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
? Ability to work cross-functional environment.
? Ability to implement LEAN processes to drive efficiency
? Ability to lead work sessions and present in a group environment, sometimes before senior management
? Working knowledge of operations & supply chain management in an out sourced environment
? Demonstrated understanding of ERP and demand planning systems
? Open and flexible mindset
? Disciplined learner and applicator.
? Ability to learn quickly and apply
? English and Chinese Language - verbal and written fluency

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE (Minimum)
? Bachelor's Degree or above
? Minimum 5 years Forecasting/ Planning and supervisory experience
? Strong analytical skills
? Comfortable with large data sets
? Teamwork and Leadership skills
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
? Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Applications
? Demantra or other forecasting software experience is a plus
