职位描述
The Inventory Analyst position will offer an excellent opportunity for an individual to work cross functionally within the organization and with our contract manufacturing partners. This position will work collaboratively with supply chain planners, managers, and leadership in analyzing data in order to make effective business decisions. This position will be responsible for developing management reports, data and statistical modeling, and assist in driving inventory improvement opportunities within our global supply chain.
SKILLS
? Develops supply chain business analysis related to working capital, optimizing inventories, optimizing logistics assets, and assessing cost improvement projects and supporting growth initiatives
? Ability to create inventory dashboards and management reporting from large data sets
? Ability to create scenario based simulation models for inventory cause and effect analysis
? Statistical modeling of demand and supply patterns
? Works to identify process deficiencies, research solutions and plans and coordinates remediation.
? Assists Supply Chain leadership with PowerPoint presentations
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
? The Inventory Analyst will possess skills typically acquired through completion of an Bachelors degree in a Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or Economics and 2+ years of experience in operations and/or supply chain (including inventory analysis). More specifically, the successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
? Demonstrated use of various financial models (NPV, ROI, sensitivity analysis)
? Development of cost models
? Knowledge of Oracle R11i preferred
? Strong analytical background
? Strong project management skills
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Strong communication skills (both verbal and written.
? Strong computer skills with Microsoft 2007, especially spreadsheets and PowerPoint, proficiency in data management and warehousing
? Good collaboration skills (including excellent listening skills)
? Initiative
? English and Chinese Language - verbal and written fluency
