Job Responsibilities:
1. Process customer sales orders,arrange delivery,invoicing and sample orders request
2. Stock replenishment from China production plants and overseas supplier
3. Prepare new customer master data application and ensure the data are correctly provided
4. Ensure all the customer complaints are input in system and handle complaints in time.
5. Follow up Account Receivable which overdue by 3 months.
6. Coordinate and provide information to customers and Sales team
7. Acting leader for the orders processing and stock replenishment

Requirements:
· Bechelor degree is preferred.
· 3+ years of working experience in business support and SAP environment.
· Fluent in English / Skills in both external and internal communications.
· Computer literate: SAP working knowledge an advantage
