职位描述
? Responsible for overview CTM (Clinical Trial Materials) operations in China. Leading team achieves KPIs and exceeds customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilties:
? Responsible for new site establishment includes recruit team and SOPs standardization according to GMPs and GSDP requirements.
? Responsible for solution design and close work with BD team to win the new business.
? Responsible for new project implementation and as a project manager before the project goes live.
? Responsible for importation overview and risk management with Global Trade team, communicate with oversea client to clear present China’s regulation and compliance policy, coordinate with relevant party get importation progress under control.
? Responsible for provide reports as accuracy manner as timely
? Account day to day management & relationship maintenance.
? Responsible for operations excellence to integrated or introduce outstanding resource to support business development and operation daily running both internal and external (transportation, import broker etc...)
? Responsible for transportation supplier selection and establish KPI assessment & evaluation system and platform standardization, to create a stable outer environment for operations.
? Responsible for infrastructure developing/mapping and promoting that ensure operation capacities meet business growth consistently, production
? Close support business development to leading internal preparation for global client visit/audit as regularly, monitoring and managing CAPA to make sure CAPA to be executed and the result (evidence) are meet expectation.
? Others job assigned b line manager
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree above major related Biomedical or Pharmaceuticals in plus;
2. More than 8years working experience in biomedical or logistics industry, as manager level like as operations or commercial role, strongly background both warehousing management and importation risk control & management.
3. Fluent English & Chinese both oral and written(fluent communicating with oversea client).
4. Familiar with office windows especial on Excel, Power Point.
