Job Content and Duties
1)Manage Accounts payable, Accounts receivables and Bank accounts according to Local Financial & Accounting Regulations.
2)Audit and check all supporting documents relating to accounts payable and receivable to ensure that they are legitimate, accurate and in compliance with company policies and national regulations before processing any payment or acknowledging any receipts.
3)Diligently maintain and record all transactions in bank journals everyday and determine the closing balance every day.
4)Keep all aforesaid supporting documents in a neat and orderly manner so that audit can be carried out with no difficulties by any senior manager at anytime.
5)Manage all international funds transfer and receipt in accordance to Local Foreign Exchange Regulation.
6)Report payables and receivable to Finance Manager every week.
7)Act as custodian of financial seal. To safe keep and operate the financial seal in accordance to financial and accounting regulation in China. (Including internal control policies of WSI)
8)Report irregularities in financial related discipline and controls.
9)Any other financial related duties as assigned by Finance Manager from time to time.

Skills
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
-ability to converse in English, mastery of local language a must.
-ability to grasp the basic concept of internal control policies
-attention to detail and high level of accuracy
-discipline and neat in work
-effective written communications skills
-computer skills including the spreadsheet and word-processing programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level
-efficient work methodology and approach

Certification
have the necessary Cashiers' certification or license registered with local authorities or professional bodies.
