职位描述
任职资格:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or Liberal Arts.
2.Basic ability to understand specifications and bills of materials to develop requests for quote.
3.Understands document & revision control.
4.Understanding of Total Quality Management relating to manufacturing and business processes.
5.Able to generally assess a potential supplier’s qualifications with site visits & survey.
6.Able to check on and expedite deliveries if required.
7.Willing to coordinate problem solving with suppliers, manufacturing and product engineering.
8.Understanding of commercial terms for business.
9.Familiarity with international and inland (CN) logistics & transportation, import-export regulations for China.
10.Communicates effectively in written Chinese and English with strong Chinese and English verbal skills desirable.
11.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word desired.
12.Chinese and English – good writing and verbal skill.
13.Over seven years of previous experience in quality assurance, supplier management, procurement, customer service, logistics, inventory management or office management.
14.General product knowledge of electronics & components, plastics molding, printing, electronics assembly, and related local sources of these items.
工作职责:
1.Serves as a quality liaison between the headquarters and the local suppliers in China.
2.Coordinates, assists and leads on-site supplier factory audits and supplier evaluation processes.
3.Facilitates and leads the collection and analysis of quality data from suppliers.
4.Serves as a procurement liaison between the headquarters and the local suppliers in China.
5.Investigates and identifies potential new suppliers.
6.Schedules and coordinates visits to suppliers.
7.Provides assistance in RFQ (Request for Quote) processes
8.Supports and coordinates logistics and transportation activities and issues between the headquarters and the local suppliers.
9.Assists with any quality and supply chain management projects.
