职位描述

Responsibilities 岗位职责:
1. Provide sales administrative support in relation to scheduling sales meetings, preparation of sales collateral material, the management and keep good record for company on customer profiles, rate requests, quotations and client SOPs, etc.
2. Generate and distribute reports (internal/external) as assigned by the management.
3. Coordinate between customers and company (include agents) to qualify and assist to process sales leads & requests.
4. Join sales call when necessary, assist Sales with sales call preparation.
5. Be of sales knowledge, develop and maintain long-term business relationship with clients as Indoor Sales.
6. Customer focus and potential customer identification: Get first-hand customer information and use it in improvements in products and services; Act with customers in mind; Establishes and maintains effective relationship with customers and gains their trust and respect.
7. Maintain customer tariff, record the best costs from suppliers and share in the sales team, administrate necessary activities including marketing rate increase and schedules, part of marketing executive.


1. 提供销售行政支持,其中包括安排销售会议,准备销售材料,管理归档公司客户资料,分析价格比率,报价以及标准操作程序。
2. 制作销售管理所需报表(内部/外部)。
3. 协调客户公司间的关系(包括代理),确保销售过程中目标及要求。
4. 如果需要,拨打销售陌生电话,协助销售员安排销售电话的准备工作。
5. 具有一定销售知识,开发维护长期业务关系的能力。
6. 以客户为导向并注重潜在客户的开发:得到第一手客户信息并利用其开发业务;以客户利益为上;建立维持有效客户关系并得到客户的信任及尊重。
7. 维护客户资料表,记录供应商最优价格并与销售团队分享。部分市场专员工作:必要的行政活动包括市场价格浮动表及安排表。
