职位描述

IPMI BA Product Specialist (Manager Level)(SZ)
Location: Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the IPMI BA team to execute sales plans in the assigned region to achieve sales targets/financial goals.
2. Build & maintain a highly influential, effective and well trained IPMI team
3. Build and maintain intimate working relationships with all bank branches and BA sales team within the assigned region. Execute differentiated distribution strategies to penetrate different segments including private banking centers, wealth management centers and outlets.
4. Actively monitor sales results and activities plan, promptly implement remedial actions to bridge the gaps/shortfalls if necessary.
5. People development including self-improvement & staff development.
6. Responsible for business development opportunities within assigned region

Specifications:
1. College graduated and above, University degree is a plus.
2. Over 8 years of working experiences, 5 years of insurance industry, 3 years of experiences of management. Experience in Bancassurance and/or health insurance distribution related experience is preferred.
3. Experience in sales management with a proven track record.
4. Strong influential and negotiation skill.
5. Ability to motivate, coach and manage performances, both individual and team level
6. Matured personalities and capable to work independently under pressure.
7. Result-oriented, aggressive and responsible for his/her undertakings.
8. Ability to execute sales and promotion plans.
9. Basic Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook experience
10. Oral & written English skill is a plus
