PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Exercise independent judgment and take initiative to drive business results.

· Utilization of AQL standards to measure quality processes during the commercialization process.

· Review and understand product requirements given by development team.

· Ensure factories are building product using product specifications.

· Coordinate scheduling and expediting of production audits.

· Capture audit data and publish information to internal and external teams.

· Document factory quality performance to support our vendor score carding program.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:

· BS in Engineering or quality management required

· 1 -5 years recent experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

· Computer proficiency including such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

· Must be decisive, confident.

· Excellent with English written and verbal communication.

· Superior people skills.

· Must be able to work in a team environment and lead a team to maximize their potential.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

· More than 3 years work industry experience in product auditing of sporting goods accessories

· Team player that has the ability to multi-task and thrives in a fast paced environment.

· Ability to communicate effectively in English, in writing and orally.

· Ability to understand organizations strategic direction and translate and execute tactically.

· Good analytical skills; with the ability to look at numbers and draw conclusions about actions to be taken.

· Ability to locate and analyze data from a variety of sources to ensure that operational decisions are made based upon the most accurate information.

· Computer literate, with good working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications and email.

· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to attend to multiple concurrent tasks.

· Commitment to meeting absolute deadlines.

· Ability to take initiative and work independently, with minimal day-to-day supervision.

· Keep leadership chain-of-command informed on all operational activities as required.

· Interpersonal skills suited to dealing courteously and professionally with external business contacts and internal contacts within the organization.
