Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the proper MRP result in SAP, and based on the MRP to address the material plan for individual material planner.

2. Checking MRP running result in SAP, release purchase order according to the priority level of quality, lead time and price to the qualified material suppliers approved by the company.

3. Tracing and monitoring the PO implementation process so as to ensure the on time delivery of the materials, shorten the turn around time.Adjusting delivery schedules as necessary to ensure the optimal flow of work in the production areas with consideration for customer needs,manufacturing capabilityes, and besides, inventory turnover level.

4. Guarantee the pruchasing materials meet the forecast demand requirements, cooperate with SQE to deal with the quality discrepancy issues of all the orders until problems settled. Hasten the vendors to make credit memo for additional scrap and debit balance.

5. Escalate issues to management team which megatively impacts factory operation.

6. Establish effective relationship with the material suppliers and collect their supply capability information to ensure the materials support.

7. Ability to communicate in English and Chinese with different groups of people, maintain healthy internal/external relationships.



Requirements:

1.Bechelor's degree or above.

2.Over 3 years in buying field of Mechanical and Electrical material.

3.Must be familiar with office software.

4.Familar with SAP, knowledge of ERP is preferred.

5.Good English written and reading.

6.Good communication skill.
