Job Description

1.Requires to do evaluation and experiment for product having high failure rate and come-up with a results or solution.
2.Requires to do FA on those product needed to know root cause.
3.Requires to do DOE and material Qualification to know if the new process and new material will meet product requirement.
4.Requires to do Cost reduction study to lower the over head cost of the product.
5.Requires to handle ETE/NPI to improve production yield.
6.Requires to do a study about the DFA/DFM that will have impact to product yield and also during assembly process.
7.Requires to have an Interaction with design team and internal support team about electrical/mechanical design perspective.
8.Requires to send FA/Evaluation/DOE report relating to ETE/NPI and present to customer and internal team.
9.Requires to send weekly product reviews that highlighted major and critical issues and send to internal team.




Job requirment:
1.Must be graduate and study at Technical/University school at least 10 years working experience.
2.Must be knowledgeable of any Root cause analysis tools.
3.Must be knowledgeable to PCBA process assembly.
4.Must have some background on doing mechanical assembly and also review DFA/DFM.
5.Must be able to work independently.
6.Must know how to write technical report and to be able to present in customer.
7.Must be able to understand electrical circuit diagram of any topologies.
8.Must show good team member to other co-workers.
9.Must be able to understand the work condition and can accept under pressure when work needed.
10.Must have good understanding on Microsoft Office (power point, excel, word)
11.Can have at least Understand and speak English.
12.Must have good communication skills in presenting to customer.
