Job description:
1.Document checking, sorting and dispatching to overseas customers with 100% SOP compliance, daily communication with oversea client and report exception in time
2.Release FCR or B/L to shipper
3.Submit ISF, AMS, ENS timely and accurately
4.Request carrier to obtain accurate bill of lading and debit note
5.Answer various inquiries from supplier and customers about document issue within 24 hours
6.Data input in system and issure invoice to vendor]
7.Collect local charge from vendor/consignee and pay cost to service within company's rules
8.Update finance system and payment application according to shipment status
9.Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Professional Skills:
1.Bassic PC skills, such as outlook, word, excel and PPT
2.CET-4 or above
3.With at least 1 year or above in logistics or forwarding company is preferred
4.High team spirit and open/positive attitude
5.Can word under high procedure
6.Strong result orientation
