岗位职责：

1， 负责与客户业务对接，负责管理、监督和指导各项目实施过程，对业务部和项目的成本管控、资源配置、业务流程及项目推广等提出指导性意见并进行决策；

2， 与创意设计团队共同完成项目创意方案及提案，制定或审核策划方案；

3， 建立与电视台、电影公司、以及有关行政主管部门的沟通、联系渠道；

4， 组织市场调研与分析，研究行业发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供依据；

5， 制定部门年度预算、控制以及完善激励、考核制度；

6， 建立完善工作流程以及制度规范，管理团队，并对团队成员和相关部门进行市场培训和指导。

职位要求：

1， 市场营销、企业管理、影视传媒等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2， 有5年以上影视行业市场相关工作经验，3年以上同等职位工作经验；

3， 具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；

4， 有紧密的电视台、影视公司合作关系，以及各科技馆、博物馆等的联系渠道；

5， 熟悉投标流程、较强的语言和文字表达能力，较强的观察力和应变能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力；

6， 注重细节，具备优秀的执行力；

7， 高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神，愿意面对高强度、高压力工作。

优先考虑：

1， 有国外视频包装等视觉设计行业市场销售工作经验优先；

2， 有国内知名卫视频道关系、资源、沟道优先；

3， 有知名、相同业务公司工作经验优先。
