工作职责：

1、 全面负责公司工程项目的指导及管理工作；

2、 负责落实各阶段、各类别施工图纸的设计与改进，审核施工图纸设计深度和质量，优化结构方案；

3、 负责主持项目技术问题研讨会，负责解决项目设计、施工中的重大技术问题；

4、 协助对现场质量进行监控和指导，解决项目实施过程中的质量问题；

5、 负责公司工程项目的技术、质量标准的制定，制定具体项目的技术与质量管理标准；

6、 对项目的进度、安全、成本等为公司提出具体的控制建议。

任职资格 ：

1、 有良好的视频、音响、灯光等自动化集成基础和知识，熟悉网络技术、多媒体技术、显示技术、控制技术，并有大型展会多媒体制作成功经验。

2、 有成功的工作案例，创意新颖，具独到之处。

3、 具有较高的艺术修养和品位，善于沟通，能准确完整的表达自己的设计思路。

4、 有1年以上现场实施管理经验，熟悉规范及验收标准，具有管理能力，有带领团队、提升团队的能力。

5、 良好的英文阅读能力，良好的口头语言表达能力和文字表达能力，能够与用户进行良好、有效的沟通。

6、 品貌端正，工作责任心强，具有团队合作精神，服从部门主管的安排。

7、 熟练使用AutoCAD、office、Visio等办公软件。
