职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Explore with key CMCC subs working level customers to drive sales opportunity, validate pipeline, and track in GSX.
2. Participate weekly customer meeting, draft meeting minutes, acts as interface with working level customers to track follow up actions and share in weekly report.
3. Collect, organize and share MS vision and market intelligence with customers on monthly basis to influence customers’ mind and decision making.
4. Support partner activities, such as on-boarding, renewal; training participation, enroll incentive program, certify capability programs such as MPN etc.
5. Support sales operation, such as organizing weekly meeting, draft meeting minutes, sales data reporting/tracking, raise PO and track approval, contract routing etc.
6. Support customer activities, such as workshop, trainings etc.
7. Complete special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Passionate and committed to deliver high quality work on time;
2. Independent and highly motivated, comfortable in working in fast-paced environment;
3. A demonstrated ability to manage customers/partners relationship in a satisfactory manner;
4. High level of interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work collaboratively with team members to achieve best outcome for MS and customers/partners.
5. Familiar with Microsoft product line, such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, Windows Phone OS, etc.
6. Fluent in both oral and written English
7. Master or bachelor degree
