工作内容：产品开发与影院信息化研发

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，计算机、通信、多媒体技术等相关专业，至少在相关行业工作五年以上； 2、具有深厚的技术背景，曾负责过多个IT行业研发项目，具备较强的管理经验；

3、精通多媒体，信息化，数码影院产品研发领域内的最新技术方法，能够把握行业技术发展趋势和业务发展动向，对关键技术有自己独到见解；

4、精通Linux系统和其平台开发，C、C++、C#、Java至少熟练掌握2种语言。

5、具备优秀的职业操守和良好的团队精神，能够承担较大工作压力；

6、具备创业精神及出色的组织协调管理能力。

7、具备英语作为标准工作语言的能力。

8、熟练掌握计算机、通信、多媒体技术管理

9、熟悉数字影院系统和影视后期制作业务。

岗位职责：

1、领导和管理技术研发部工作。

2、制定相关研发技术工作规范并监督执行。

3、组织开发数字媒体，影院信息化，数码影院产品。

4、管理国内公司IT系统和业务相关系统
