技术支持工程师

岗位职责：
1、负责公司IT，弱电软、硬件资产进行监督管理；
2. AYAYA 数字电话，门禁，监控，电脑，服务器，网络，安防系统的技术支持与维护服务；
3. 搜索应用IT新技术，测试各种IT软硬件产品，并提交测试报告
4.处理报障、任务分派并追踪处理结果，维持Helpdesk的服务水平；
5. 针对转化成问题的事件提出改善建议，并执行服务改善计划；
6. 需实时获悉同事技术支持的需求，并制定任务计划，负责任务执行；
7. 撰写或完善与IT Helpdesk相关的流程、技术资料，按照指定的流程及规范完成日常工作；
8. 负责日常交付及流程文档的整理及归档；
9. 负责各种运营报表的填写；
10. 搜索应用IT新技术，测试各种IT软硬件产品，并提交测试报告。
职位要求：
1.计算机相关专业大专或本科以上学历，热爱IT技术；
2.精通计算机的软硬件安装与维护，大型网络维护，弱电系统集成
3.精通并运用过相关计算机操作系统及网络技术（Windows OS/AD/DHCP/DNS/CCNA，SNMP），能做到快速判断问题根源，解决问题；
4.精通后期制作软件，苹果非线编系统，NAS，SAN系统维护
5.有良好的团队合作精神，能积极主动开展工作，能在高压力下独立工作，具有良好的沟通、谈判及协调能力，为人诚实，愿意接受新知识，有较强的学习能力；
6.至少3年以上IT与弱电部门系统支持或管理经验，有弱电公司，外企或Call Center相关工作经验优先；
7.有相关ITIL实践经验和运维理念优先；
8.具有较强的团队意识及服务意识；
9.有较好的沟通协调能力及一定的管理经验
