Responsible for sending Evidence Request to the correct focal point for each account (IMT specific) which are selected as samples from the whole;
Responsible for analysis of data and providing input for controls assessments, including root cause analysis;
Responsible for posting all results/evidence in defined repositories along with supporting documentation
Responsible for performing all in-scope testing by the published due dates;
Responsible for complying with testing guidelines during execution of test;
Perform analysis to identify pervasive issues and business process compliance trends with a focus on the development of tactical action plans to mitigate issues and replicate successes;
Responsible for documenting any other related non-compliance or business risks/audit issues observed
Required Skills
Ability to make assessments and evaluate risks;
Investigative and problem solving;
Good communication skill;
Focused and detail orientated;
Must be able to work independently and good team player;
Must be able to meet strict deadline;
Advanced Excel skills;
Excellent oral, reading and written English, Spanish and Portuguese;
Good understanding & knowledge of CRM; Opportunity Management & Solution Design;
Prior compliance testing, business controls, finance or accounting related experience preferred;
Previous experiences of IT Security / compliance Activities related experience preferred
