前台/接待员

1. 根据公司礼仪规定和对外交往形象需要，负责接听电话和转接电话，妥善应答，如有必要，做好电话记录，来访客人接待，并及时通报相关人员，保证公司信息和通讯的畅通，对外树立公司良好形象
2. 根据文件管理相关规定和流程，负责各类文件的复印、扫描，打印、传真收发及登记归类，文书档案的保管 
3. 根据办公环境实际需要，负责饮用水、办公用品、绿色植物的订购、补充、更换 
4. 负责及时更新公司员工的通讯录，保证公司通讯信息的及时更新 
5. 负责客人接送安排、机票和酒店预定
6. 负责接待来访人员，并做好登记备案和引领工作 
7. 完成领导交办的其他工作

Responsibilities:
-- Answer and take messages for incoming phone calls, regularly check the unread messages in public voice message box and inform related persons
-- Help to copy, scan, print, or fax documents as required according to the company rules, sort and take care of documents before distribution
-- Maintain the office facilities, such as the drinking water, office supplies, indoor green plants
-- Update the office contact list in a timely manner
-- Registration of visitors’ information and reception of visitor
-- Facsimiles distribution and correspondence circulation, and post express delivery
-- Book hotels, flight tickets, and work meals for visiting distinguished guests
-- Fulfill other tasks arranged by managers

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
