1. Daily On-line payment request, ensure accurate and proper documentation. Other relative banking affairs
such as cut check,SAFE clearnace.etc
2. Daily cash report, monthly cash forecast. Cash counter report
3. Safeguard and management of cash, blank check, bank notes and documents. Attend petty cash stock-
4. Coordinate with Import & Export company for custom issue if any
5. Prepare monthly inter-company AP reconciliation;
6. Reconcile prepayments;
7. Verify/Cross-check supporting document and ensure that all approvals and backup are in place;
8. Prepare AP aging analysis;
9. Enter all payments in system and follow up with vendors for refunds as necessary;
10. Other assignments

Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree, major in finance, accounting
-Good English Skill, CET4 or above

Experience Qualifications:
-2+ working experiences, AP or cost experience is preferred
-Good understanding of ERP systems, SAP knowledge is preferred
-Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
-Effective communication skills with good interpersonal skills

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
