Responsibilities:

l Front Desk

-Answer and take messages for incoming phone calls, regular check up the unread messages in public voice message box and inform related persons.

-Registration of visitors' information and reception of visitor

-Facsimiles distribution and correspondence circulation, and post express delivery



l Office environment

-Ensure office and work station clean and tidy, including fridge, micro waver and other office appliances, by leading office cleaner

-Assist Admin & HR Manager in supervising the office cleaner, in terms of work quality.

-Assist Facility manager to coordinate with property management office to ensure steady supply of lighting, electricity when necessary

- Actively involved in team building activities and help to create vigorous, efficiency and harmonious working atmosphere



l Office Supplier Management

-Ensure daily office supplies are steady and up to standard, e.g. stationery, drinking water etc.

-Assist to supervise suppliers' service quality.

-Constantly look for potential supplier as back up.



l Others

Assist executives and management as needed for daily tasks, arrange transportation/flights/hotel. Screen incoming calls as per instruction.Qualifications



Requirement

- College degree, above one year working experience

- Computer skills: E-Mail, MS Excel, MS Word

- Good English skills

- Good communication skills and flexibility

- Friendly & pleasant appearance

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
