职责描述：
-- 建立产品和工艺流程管理计划（PMP）
-- 建立检验标准，与产品质量及生产团队紧密合作，以建立原材料和成品的质检标准
-- 维持和改善所有工艺工程活动，如：工程BOM，材料转移路径，和内部生产时间（生产线平衡），生产线，生产线实用程序和工作站布局，顺序规划的可用性和必要时的重整。
-- 执行新产品的制造研究和发展的过程控制规范
-- 参与新产品开发（NPD）的过程，并担任项目操作技术带头人
-- 审核工艺规范以适应产品规格，过程变化和质量改进
-- 与产品质量，生产，和采购团队紧密合作以解决相关的产品，工艺和材料问题
-- 为大规模生产做准备，包括确认生产布局，物料清单，材料转移路径，产品规格图纸和提供工作指导
-- 开发符合规格的产品的制造工艺和工具，参与持续改进（CI）的活动。
-- 负责制定产品产量及产量改进活动
-- 进行故障分析，以降低产品缺陷
-- 为工艺工序能力研究和实施改善计划提供技术支持

要求：
-- 工程专业，2-5年相关工作经验
-- 有制造业工作经验者优先
-- 有在获得ISO 9001和ISO 14001质量标准认证的企业工作者优先
-- 能用英语熟练地进行技术交流
-- 能够在压力下工作

Responsibilities:
-- Establish process management plan (PMP) for products and processes
-- Establish inspection criteria and work closely with quality & production team to establish standards for both raw materials and finished goods
-- Sustain and improve all Process Engineering required activities as in: Engineering BOM, Routing and In-House Production Time (line balancing), Line, Line Utility and Work Station Layout, Sequence Plan availability and conduct of re-qualification whenever necessary
-- Perform new products' manufacturing studies and develop process control specifications
-- Involve in new product development (NPD) processes and assumes the role of operations technical lead for the project
-- Review process specifications to be in line with changes in product specs, process and quality improvement
-- Work closely with quality, production, procurement teams to resolve issues related to product, process and material
-- Preparation and induct layout, BOM, routings, product specification drawings and work instructions for mass production readiness
-- Develop processes and tooling for manufacturability of products that will meet the specifications and participate in continuous improvement (CI) activities
-- Ownership in the product Yield and Yield Improvement activities
-- Conduct failure analysis to reduce defects of the product
-- Provide technical support in the areas of capability studies and implementing improvement programs

Requirements:
-- Degree in Engineering with 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience
-- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
-- Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards advantageous
-- Able to communicate well technically in English
-- Able to perform work under relatively stressful environment

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
