Shipping Specialist
Job Description: To ensure timely receiving of raw materials and delivery of goods to customer, to improve the efficiency and economics

Responsibilities
1. Logistics, import & export:
-- Prepare SOPs for shipping, importing & exporting, follow the company policy in logistics managements and local regulation’s compliance
-- Import Operation: Coordinate buyer and supplier to arrange shipments smoothly. Track shipments, Coordinate forwarder to arrange import timely, work with warehouse staff to do material receiving well. To ensure material imported in time.
-- Export Operation: Coordinate with Manufacturing, Warehouse to arrange shipment smoothly. Ensure products are exported in time to satisfy the customers. Recommend the suitable shipping mode and import mode (tax benefit )
-- Prepare related documents for import & export clearance purpose accurately and timely, ensure to follow the company process.
-- Ensure all shipping and customs paperwork accurate and complete. Paperwork filed clearly for check.
-- Custom record setup, required materials preparation.
-- Backup other team members when necessary.
-- Ad hoc assignments from supervisor or managers

2. Forwarders Management and Freight cost control:
-- Lay down and update the forwarder evaluation procedure (Verify qualification, cost, service, and custom relationship)
-- Main forwarders periodic meeting to ensure communication and favorable price.
-- Implement the process of Freight control: Price Inquiry, counter offer and acceptance for three forwarders/shipment, lays out reasonable shipping rule including the emergency logistic cost control.
-- Freight analysis report, suggest the alternative solution to Optimize the operation mode.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Custom take-up license is preferred
- Good English Skill, CET4 or above, fluent in speaking, reading and writing.
- 5+ working experiences,
- Good understanding of ERP systems and plant operations.
- Good computer skills
- Honest, good interpersonal skills

职责描述：

1. 物流，进出口操作
-- 准备货物进出口需要的标准操作程序文件，遵守公司物流管理方面的政策方针以及当地的行业规定
-- 进口操作：与采购员，供应商协调妥善安排好材料进口事宜；跟踪货物，与货代协调及时安排好货物进口，与仓库管理员沟通确保及时收货
-- 出口操作：与生产部和仓管部门协调以妥善安排好货物出口事宜，确保货物及时到达，客户满意；根据货物的实际情况，推荐可行的物流进出口方式
-- 及时准确地准备货物进出口所需的清关，相关文件；遵守公司的物流操作流程
-- 确保所准备的文件准确完整，并提交检查确认
-- 建立清关记录，准备所需文件
-- 需要时协助部门其他同事的工作
-- 完成主管或经理交代的其他任务

2. 货代管理和物流成本控制
-- 制定并更新货代评估程序（包括货代资质，成本，服务，与海关的关系）
-- 定期面见货代，和货代保持良好的沟通，确保最实惠的报价
-- 物流成本控制：询价，议价，制定合理的物流规则，包括紧急情况下的物流成本控制
-- 撰写运价分析报告，为优化操作模式提供可选方案

要求：

- 大专以上学历
- 有报关员证优先
- 良好的英语水平，CET-4或以上，听，说，读，写流利
- 五年以上工作经历
- 熟悉ERP 系统和工厂运作
- 熟练的计算机技能
- 为人诚实，良好的交际能力

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
