Responsibilities:
1. Improve and run a quality management system, plan and implement quality management programs, so as to achieve the goal of controlling the quality of products and processes
2. Maintain and continuously improve the quality management system and ensure its effective operation (such as based on ISO 9001)
3. Promote the standardization of procedures
4. Define and plan the quality management solution based on the company conditions, and promote the implementation as planned
5. Participate in product design, process review to ensure the compliance with the requirements of quality assurance and quality
6. Assist the engineering department in pilot-based manufacturing of new products and quality control
7. Analyze the failures in completed products and products in process, and provide the solutions for improvement
8. Manage and maintain the monitoring and measuring devices used in house
9. Finish any other tasks assigned by the department manager

Requirements:
-- Education Background:
College or above.
-- Received Trainings:
Project management and quality management training
-- Experience:
3+ years experience in quality management.
-- Skills and techniques:
Familiar with the ISO system, rich experience in onsite quality management
Master the quality management methods
Prepare documents on quality management and do well in English reading and writing
-- Attitude:
Flexibility of doing things, strong persuasion, education, organizational skills
Practical, diligent, persistent to work, and agree to teamwork

职责:
1. 改进并运行质量管理体系，规划实施质量管理方案，实现对产品、工艺的质量控制目标。
2. 维护并持续改善质量管理体系，并确保其有效运行（如按ISO9001）；
3. 推进流程标准化；
4. 定义规划公司的质量管理方案，并有计划地推进、实施；
5. 参与产品设计、工艺流程的审核工作，以确保其符合品质保证的要求和质量；
6. 配合技术部门进行新产品试制及质量控制；
7. 分析最终产品及过程产品失效原因，并提出改进方案；
8. 管理与维护内部使用的监视和测量装置.
9. 其他根据主管的要求必须执行的工作以及因为业务发展而产生的必要工作


要求：
-- 教育背景:
　　◆大专以上学历。
-- 培训经历:
　　◆受过项目管理、质量管理方面的培训。
-- 经 验:
　　◆3 年以上质量管理工作经验。
-- 技能技巧:
　　◆熟悉ISO 体系，丰富的现场品质管理经验；
　　◆熟悉品质管理手法；
　　◆能够编制质量管理系统文件和收发英文邮件；

　　◆灵活应变的处事能力，有较强的说服、教育、组织能力；

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
