职位描述
岗位职责：
1、信息收集：协助销售主管进行市场信息的收集与分析，建立市场信息整理，建立客户档案等资料。
2、拜访客户：在销售主管的指导下完成客户拜访工作，提升独立销售能力。
3、客户洽谈：协助销售主管进行客户洽谈，制作业务项目的演示文件、合同文件等。
4、收款：协助销售主管对应收账款进行跟踪和催收。
5、售后服务：协助销售主管进行售后服务，对客户投诉、客户要求进行汇报和答复，用最大的努力去追求客户的满意。
6、信息反馈：协助销售主管完成客户信息变更的确认和汇报。
岗位要求：
1、大学学历，营销、公关、贸易等专业；
2、性格开朗，积极主动的沟通和表达能力；
3、英语读写流利优先考虑；
4、熟练的OFFICE（Word, Excel, Power Point）应用技能。
