工作地点：浙江杭州

岗位职责：

1、 管理公司的整体核心技术，组织制定和实施重大技术决策和技术方案；
2、及时了解和监督技术发展战略规划的执行情况；
3、组织研究行业最新产品的技术发展方向，主持制定技术发展战略规划；
4、主持新产品项目所需的设备选型、试制、改进以及生产线布局等工作；
5、指导、审核项目总体技术方案，对各项目进行最后的质量评估；
6、对潜在或具体的项目、用户进行跟踪，管理所在区域内的用户拜访、技术交流、方案制作及合同谈判；
7、制定技术人员的培训计划，并组织安排公司其他相关人员的技术培训。

任职要求：

1、本科以上，熟悉目前市场上手持直流电动工具的工作原理；
2、.熟悉电动工具各种检查设备检测的标准，以及各项出口检查标准；
3、具有能分析项目实施中技术问题以及对此提出解决方案并实施的能力；
4、熟悉使用各种3D等设计软件，如PRO/E，UG,Proe,Sold Work等；
