Role Expectations:

This critical role is expected to ensure the quality system effectively in place and communicate with clients and vendors on quality issues with expectations as follows:

l To lead the quality management team and make sure the quality system is effectively implemented, quality issues are timely addressed, and continuous improvement is promoted

l To communicate with clients on quality issues and work with internal teams for solutions and timely feedback to clients when needed

l To make sure that all vendors are audited and qualified and all incoming material meets the specifications with address to preventive measures and problem-solving and tracking

l Internal quality inspections are as per approved procedures and drive programs on continuous improvement

l Timely report quality issues with analysis to the top management and work closely with other teams to make sure all finished products and services well meet the desired specifications and reliability



Role requirements:

l B.S. in electronics or mechanical engineering

l 5 - 8 years solid quality management experience in well established enterprises with minimum 3 years leadership experiences; experience in multi-national companies is a plus

l Good quality concept with continuous improvement in focus

l A team player

l Proficiency in both spoken and written English
