职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1 Work closely with sales leader and other teams to achieve sales target
2 Work out detail sales plan as per company's sales target and effectively lead the sales teams to meet the business goals
3 Monitor the status of order payments according to the contract terms and the internal financial policy
4 Timely update the sales report, analysis, and make suggestions as needed
5 Identify skill gaps, develop training programs, and develop the sales team
6 Review sales plans, channel, and customer management
7 Other business tasks assigned by the leader
Requirements:
1 College graduate with major in international trade, business English and other related majors; CET6 or above
2 Proficiency in spoken and written English and able to communicate freely with foreign visitors, to discuss the project; experience in foreign exhibitions is a plus;
3 5 years of overseas sales and marketing experience, 3 years team management experience, familiar with trade import and export procedures
4 Strong business promotion, customer communications, product planning and sales management capabilities.
5 Good marketing strategies, and customer service-oriented;
