Summary of the Role
Responsible for leading the delivery of all technical facility management services at Chengdu automotive factory . Management of external suppliers and in-house team , Provides regular Status Reports on issues, resources and costs. Uses Volvo Project Controls to manage the facilities effectively. Responsible for implementing change projects, extensions or replacement projects while limiting the effect on production; Develops the Project Scope and Plan for approval then implements all project activities in accordance with the Plan
reports to both Shanghai head office and the Local Plant manager
负责沃尔沃成都工厂的技术设备的交付验收，管理外部供应商和内部团队，定期提供厂区状况，资源及成本报告，使用沃尔沃项目控制方式来有效地进行设备管理。负责项目变更及扩展的实施，并且有效控制项目变更对正常生产可能产生的不良影响。在项目计划得到批准后，根据计划高效地展开所有项目活动。该职位向SEL总监以及成都工厂总经理直接汇报工作。

Main responsibilities
(1) According to the requirements of contracts , designed drawings and related standards ,rigidly supervise the daily tasks by external suppliers in order to make sure the facilities remain at high quality and satisfy target . 根据合同约定、设计图纸及相关规范要求，严格督促检查施工单位、监理公司的日常工作，确保项目的质量、进度达到目标要求。并对本专业所负责项目负完全责任。
(2) Support project manager with onsite coordination and to solve construction design issues . Participate in reviewing related on-site change order and technical modification . . 协助项目主管解决项目施工中的设计施工问题以及现场协调工作。参与本专业现场经济签证、技术变更的审查工作。
(3) Coordinate with other field engineers to accomplish tasks , and make on-site related technical documents . 协助配合其他专业现场工程师完成工作，做好现场本专业的技术资料。

任职资格的具体描述：
1) Bachelor Degree ,major in Facilities Management ,Construction,electrical,drainage,HVAC.With intermediate title or above . 大学本科及以上，专业工民建、电气、给排水、暖通（中级职称）

2) Minimum 3 years experience in industrial construction management ; familiar with relevant design and construction standards ; ability to understand and use professional drawing ; ability in coordinating and solving on-site problems . 3年以上工业项目施工管理经验，熟悉相关设计和施工规范，具有掌握和使用专业图纸、协调解决现场问题的能力。
3) Hard working , good teamwork spirit . 工作认真、踏实，具有良好的团队意识，并能长期驻外 。
4) Proficient in operating drawing software(autocad)and Microsoft Office熟悉运用绘图软件和日常办公软件。
5) Requires technical and managerial skills . Speak and writes excellent English as well as Chinese . 具备相应的技术以及管理技能，熟练使用英语

5 years of facilities management experience ，3 years project management experience / 5年设备管理经验，3年项目管理经验
