A leading US Garment Buying Office is looking for a Senior QA, Sweater/ QA Supervisor, SWEATER to be based in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
?Conducts factory evaluations for potential and/or existing vendors and follow up as needed
?Partners with vendors assigned to identify strengths and development areas on production process related; provides coaching and advice for continuous improvement.
?Conducts regularly QA assessment and follow up as needed for selected partner factory
?Implements and provide support to risk management projects or initiatives as driven by brands
?Analyses quality call-out issues and identify areas of improvement related to production process; recommends solutions and alert relevant parties for precaution.
?Gathers work case materials to build up the quiz library and best-practice library for experience sharing among team/vendors
?Conducts vendor on-boarding for new vendors on Mast's production quality requirements, policy and procedures, etc.
?Participates in any production process related projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
? 10 years of experience in garment industry with hands-on experience in SWEATER
? Factory production experience is highly preferred
? Strong communicator and able to influence at different levels
? Analytical and problem solving skills (reading/writing)
? Good execution skills
? Good leadership skills
