职位要求：
1、 3年以上手机开发的项目管理经验；
2、 熟悉项目管理的工具、熟悉手机从研发到生产工艺流程；
3、 有产品立项，项目跟进、协调、试产与量产导入阶段的工作经验；
4、 负责开发周期内的项目进度，风险控制，资源调度，预警及备份应急计划；
5、 具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，组织能力强；
6、 认同公司企业文化，责任心强，心理素质好，能承受较大工作压力。

岗位职责：
1、熟悉手机项目管理流程，对手机通讯产品行业有深刻的理解；
2、负责项目启动前期的相关信息的搜集、汇总和传递，通过部门间协作,确定义产品及立项；
3.负责手机产品项目的全过程管理和控制，包括立项、开发、试产、批量、售后等产品全生命周期的管理；
4、产品项目的计划管理和跟踪，管理和协调内部研发公司资源和外部客户资源，保证产品项目按计划顺利执行；
5、协助项目的采购管理，包括客户样品确认、客户通用物料状态的跟踪、产品BOM确认、采购沟通和齐套跟踪确认等；
6、负责产品项目的技术支持工作，包括产品项目开发、生产、认证等各个环节的工作支持,确保项目的有序进行；
7、对市场销售需求的接收和处理，根据销售客户的不同需求的实际情况分析判断，结合公司的内部资源情况，反馈和跟踪解决产品的需求；
8、项目产品的质量管理，包括产品样品测试故障、生产故障和市场问题的收集、协调和跟踪问题的解决。
