SUMMARY
The primary role and responsibilities are to support and work in partnership with the Associate Director in providing solution-driven Business Partnering support to all staff and Managers within Central China on all HR related matters, including the rendering of HR advice and solutions, coordinating HR activities (such as L&D and project-related), and be an integral part of the HR team in China in terms of providing total business solutions business operations from an HR perspective.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Knowledge & Skills
?Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese;
?Client-oriented with a high degree of integrity, discretion and customer focus
?Well organized with strong administration and logistical skills, attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities;
?Strong analytical and problem solving skills; as well as communication and presentation skills;
?Demonstrated teamwork and influencing ability;
?Ability to plan and organize own activities to deliver required work in a timely, accurate and efficient manner;
?Updated knowledge (at an entry level) of employment legislation (particularly related to fair and ethical treatment of all employees), local and regional policies and regulatory requirements;
?Proficient in Microsoft packages particularly Word, Excel and Outlook;
?Flexibility with working hours.
Experience & Qualifications
?University degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline;
?A minimum of five years' relevant.
?Experience within the real estate industry would be an advantage
