Job responsibilities:

1. To work with process design teams to develop the design of products and test these to ensure that they meet all quality standards, specifications are repeatable within manufacturing and satisfy customer requirements.

2. Ensure that products meet the purposes for which they are designed and satisfy those requirements. Develop assembly and manufacturing processes that are repeatable, meet all product design requirements and are cost effective.


3. Keep conducting tests on systems for efficiency and accuracy till a quality and cost effective production process is implemented successfully. Perform all required sample/test builds to ensure that new products are producible from start of production and that old products continue to improve in quality, cost and efficiency.

4. Develop and introduce WI in accordance to the process. Work with PQE and cell team to ensure that all Work Instruction meet the process design intent.

5. Besides designing new processes, they have to improve the present manufacturing or production processes to boost productivity, quality, and profitability for the company.

Job requirements:

1. College graduation or above;
2. 5 years related working experience with at least 2 years on similar role;
3. Good knowledge on analytical and problem solving skills;
4. Have good knowledge of English, especially oral English;
5. Good communication skills.
