Job responsibilities:

1. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset for production efficiency;
2. Set attainable goals and develop action plans to meet;
3. Work closely with engineering to ensure processes are controlled and followed;
4. Work with your production team to ensure all product quality requirements are met;
5. Control/reduce production scrap;
6. Work with production planning to develop an achievable and balance production plan that meets customer requirements;
7. Track actual output against plan and identify possible improvements;
8. Motivate production team members to ensure output goals are met;
9. Train and retain productive production work force;
10. Effectively control the production budget;
11. Motivate warehouse team members to ensure output goals are met;
12. Control inventory in Finished goods and Raw Material Warehouses;
13. Maintain smooth material movement with modified JIT system;
14. Ship products on schedule to meet customer requirements;
15. Maintain proper records in regards to Customs;
16. Receive OEM produced products into hub warehouse for Asia distribution.


Job requirements:

1. University graduation or above;
2. 8 years relative working experience with at least 3 years on similar position;
3. Good command of English;
4. Strong in communication, interpersonal and presentational;
5. Good knowledge in organization, planning, analytical and problem solving;
6. Engineering background is preferred.
