Cable Assembly Process Engineer

POSITION

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the process Engineer is responsible for cable assembly in CZ factory and do the continues improvement for the cable assembly.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cable assembly expert for Lan/USB/HDMI cable assembly
• Prepare the SOP for cable assembly
• Work closely with PM for the project transition from US
• Judging manufacturing deviations and make decisions on deviation acceptance
• Effective problem solving skills, willingness/ability to deal with multiple product and assigned tasks
• Good hands-on working experience, willing and keen for hands-on work.
• Positive mindset, seek possibilities rather than limitation. Always seek to find more opportunities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• B.S. degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or related field required
• 3-5 years working experience in cable assembly area
• Proficient to use AutoCAD software with solid working experience
• Self-management, positive working attitude of being initiative, proactive and creative
• Basic knowledge in molding, stamping, plating, assembly process
• Mindset of customer orientation, result driven. Good business acumen.
• High team work spirit and team work experience
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Willing to communicate proactively with good communication skill both in Chinese and English (oral and written) in order to correctly understand customer requirement and conveying engineering information.
• Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
• Knowledge in Basic Quality techniques
• Able to work under high pressure with multi-tasks.
