Responsibility

- Manage a team of Application Engineers (AE) to support our power chip customer projects
- Manage AE support activities such as design reviews, customer reported issue debug and solution, customer product support at the factories
- Provide on-going guidance, coaching, and regular performance reviews to the AE team
- To have good understanding of topology used in AC/DC conversion and be familiar with AC/DC topology, PFC circuit, transformer design and control loop design.
- Strong hands-on experience in high voltage power application, directly debug an evaluation board and capture experimental waveforms from bench test
- To drive the design-in activity in designated customers, this will be measured in new business gained
- To ensure that all technical problems the customers have when working with our products are resolved in a way consistent with the customer requirements
- Be familiar with different design and layout tool, such as PSpice, Mathcad, Cadence and other common tools.
- To produce reference designs based on solution that enable the products to be correctly positioned in the customer
- 5-8 years experience of working in power supply products design environment and design-in support
- Good team player, self motivated, and independently work capability
- Fluent English in oral and writing
