Job Description:

. Implement recruitment plan, work closely with operations to understand & align respective job requirement & recruitment arrangement;

. Conduct recruitment activities to attract & verified candidates to meet business needs;

. Provide HR account service to responsible account by handling staff communication, managing staff issues, understanding staff satisfaction level and advice for necessary improvement ;

. Co-ordinate & support on people development programs;

. Deliver orientation to new hires and briefing to staff on HR policies and procedures;

. Prepare HR reports as request.



Job requirement :

. College & above with 3 years' experience in HR operations;

. Native Cantonese speaker , good written English skill;

. Good interpersonal and communication skills;

. Good analytical ability and business sense;

. Proficiency in all employment-related laws and regulations;

. Self-motivated with good team spirit.
