Quality Supervisor/质量主管（具小家电、电子等产品质量管理经验优先）

主要职责：
1. 对原材料进行进货质量检验；
2. 制定并实施从原料到产成品各环节的质量控制计划；
3. 负责车间生产过程质量事故跟踪处理；
4. 定期组织召开车间质量例会，检讨并改进质量现状；
5. 对来料质量检验及生产过程中发现的质量问题分析原因并提出改善对策；
6. 维护、保养检验设备；
7. 协调分析产品质量反馈并提出改进意见。

职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，电子类专业优先考虑；
2. 有3年以上跨国家电企业相关的产品质量管理或生产线管理经验；
3. 良好的沟通和团队合作能力；
4. 熟悉质量管理常用工具与方法，如QC、6SIGMA、质量成本分析等；
5. 英语流利；
6. 工作认真投入、有责任感和创新精神。
