工作职责：

1.协助完善产品反馈服务培训体系，包括优化体系运作机制、开发跨部门合作项目、统筹管理地方培训需求、策划大型培训会议等；

2.整合培训课程结构，量化评估培训需求，带领团队开发新课程，设计针对不同岗位的培训套餐；

3.引进先进技术策略，带领团队提升PRS培训在效果追踪方面的深度和广度；

4.协助举办区域培训、年会以及优秀员工评选；

5.分析相关数据，包括人员流失原因与比例、加班数据等，并给予建议；

6.制订员工活动计划及费用预算与控制，并负责组织实施各项员工活动。

职位要求：

1.本科或以上学历；

2.三年以上培训从业经验，需具备一定的独立研发课程经验；

3.思维活跃、创新能力强、决策果断、责任心强、注重细节；

4.熟悉国家相关法律法规；

5.具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识；

6.具备良好的中英文表达能力，亲和力强，善于沟通，组织能力强；
