Senior Costing Supervisor/高级成本主管(有欧美制造型企业经验者优先)

Responsibilities：
1. Clearly understand inventory flows, processes and control requirements for financial reporting;
2. Ensure the accuracy of inventory movement and balance, and play a key role in month-end closing of inventory related accounts;
3. Prepare monthly analyses of P&L accounts including cost, margin, yield, and variances, and other ad hoc reports;
4. Play an active role of working with other operation departments;
5. Actively participate in design, implement and maintain ERP inventory system;
6. Coach and train junior staff.

Qualification:
1.Education: Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or other related majors.
2.Experience: At least three years experience in Cost Accounting.

Skill:
1. Solid understanding of cost structure and cost accounting;
2. Good understanding of general accounting and financial statements;
3. Good analytical skills;
4. Good communication and inter-personal skills;
5. Good English speaking, reading and writing skills;
6. Good PC skills, including Excel.
