职位描述
Position: Quality Manager
Location: Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province.
Report to: Operation Manager
Subordinate:10+ Quality Supervisor/engineer, Clerk, inspector, technician
Description:
1. Lead and maintain quality relevant system, make it running smoothly.
2. Responsible for supplier quality management.
3. Leading Internal and external quality audit &customer audit, following corrective action following.
4. Analyze quality performance, implement preventive and corrective actions.
5. Manage measurement instruments and test lab
6. Handle customer complaint and return, internal corrective action following.
7. Manage internal plant quality issues, expand quality tools utilization and improve employee’s quality attitude all over the plant.
8. Responsible the continued improvement for plant overall quality system.
Requirements:
1. University graduate or above in engineering.
2. Fluent in English and computer skill.
3. Solid knowledge on quality system management or implementation, such as ISO 9000, ISO14001etc.
4. 7+ year experience in quality management with 3+ year experience in manager level.
5. Customer relationship experience.
6. Strong communication skill, outstanding interpersonal skills.
7. Outstand problem solving skill.
