Responsibilities

Support GCM on critical worldwide project management: cost Saving, localization & dual/multiple sourcing

Improve current chemicals sourcing matrix and optimize supplier evaluation process

Resolve chemicals related issue with local operation team and back up GCM when needed

Develop and maintain good working relationships with all internal customers and suppliers

Provide support to GCM on reporting, meeting coordination and management review

Qualifications

Bachelor and above degree in relevant major, engineering background is preferred;

At least 4- year experience related with procurement;2-year experience on commodity sourcing and project management;

Ability to manage routine work efficiently and handle the assignment under pressure, self-motivated, have passion and interest in sourcing and commodity management, strong sense of responsibility.

Have short term and long term plan of career development

Excellent communication skill with site function team,

Good spoken and written English

Practical experience on all office application and project management software
