Qualification:
1. Work Experience: 5+ years of working experience with proven project management skills in the IT/Telecomminucations industries.
2. Bachelor degree holder, or above;
3. At least 3+ years of being a supervisory role or a manager;
4. CET-6 or above with basic communications skills in both English writting and speaking;

Competency:
1.Ability to quickly assess the strengths & weaknesses of project teams;
2.Ability to craft long-term professional development plans for the poorly performing team members;
3.Ability to clearly lay out the individual performance expectations and work until they are met;
4.Ability to motivate individuals through knowledge of personal styles;
5.Ability to apply sophisticated interpersonal communication skills;
6.Ability to define the vision for the project, and then to obtain the buy-in to achieve project goals;
7.Ability to retain a good mentoring relationship within project teams;
8.Ability to ensure the best practice and knowledge be shared whithin the team members;
9.Ability to define & refine processes or procedures in a productively manner;
10.Ability to foresee pontential risks and develop effectively risk response plans;
11.Ability to define key performance areas, and analyze the performance of team members, and appraise them on a regular basis;
