职位描述：

1. 根据公司战略要求进行材料采购。
2. 对不同供应商进行价格比较，选择最合理价钱。
3. 与供应商进行价格谈判，建立成本模型。
4. 在必要时拜访，审核及对供应商，产品工程团队进行SQE认证。
5. 跟进样品提交。
6. 更新项目进度。
7. 招聘，培训，扩张及管理采购部门。
8. 与供应商建立合作伙伴关系。

职位要求

1. 化工，机械，工业工程或计算机科学学士学位或以上。
2. 至少有8年工作经验，3年在采购部门管理阶层；如有在PCB,PCBA,塑料，金属零件经验尤佳。
3. 具备良好的谈判技巧。
4. 良好的英语读写能力。
5. 熟悉使用Office软件。
6. 工作地点在深圳办公室。

Position Responsibilities:

• Source suppliers in accordance with company sourcing strategy.
• Make cost comparison for quotations from different suppliers.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost reduction, establish cost matrix.
• Visit, audit and qualify suppliers with SQE and Product Engineering Team when necessary.
• Follow up sample submission.
• Update project status.
• Hire, train up, expand, and manage purchasing team.
• Establish partner relationships with suppliers.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical/ industry engineering/computer science.
• At least 8 years working experience with at least 3 years in purchasing managerial level, experience with PCB, PCBA, plastic and metal parts will be an advantage.
• Good negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS office
• Must have Handson Frontend PCB Experience.
• The position requires to work in Shenzhen office.
