Development Program Manager (To Microsoft)

Job description:

· Managing daily activities of a multifunctional team to bring a product from concept into mass production and owns overall program responsibility;

· Specific tasks include project budget management, risk definition and risk management, schedule development, contract writing, negotiating contractual terms.

· Deliverables: Capable of delivering product spec, dev schedule, costed BOM, team meeting minutes, project monthly status reports, design review summaries

Requirement:

· 5-year hardware program management experience with demonstrated team leadership success;

· Excellent people skills, communications skills, and is flexible and open to change

· Is self managed, action oriented, and results oriented;

· Able to make detailed planning and organizing;

· Strong customer focus and able to achieve success in a dynamic/harsh environment;

· A passion for technology passion and committed to delivering world class product

· Supplier management experience is a plus.

· Experience with the documentation system in the manufacturing is a plus.
