Job Title: Silicon Operations Engineer (To Microsoft)

This position is based in China. He/she will work closely with US and local teams, contract manufacturers, factory management, sourcing, product engineering and test engineering team. Responsibilities includes data gathering, failure isolation and debug, drive failure analysis with other teams/suppliers/vendors/contract manufacturers. Occasional travel within China (primarily Shenzhen and Zhuhai) is required.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Preferably to graduate with a minimum of bachelor of engineering in electrical and electronics engineering or equivalent.
- Experienced in component and platform level debug and failure analysis.
- Good understanding in manufacturing process and flow.
- Ability to perform analytical thinking and good problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with other teams or external stakeholders to drive issues.
- Good in communication skills. Proficient in both English and Mandarin, both in speaking and writing.
