Business Intelligence Dashboard Developer

The Business Intelligence Dashboard Developer role is responsible for creating dashboards and presenting Factory KPI data to Senior Management in real-time. The ideal candidate should be able to work with our Contract Manufacturing teams to develop a user friendly dashboard to present Key Performance Indicators which would be available to MS users in real-time.


Responsibilities include:
? Creating Visual dashboards and real-time portals, which provide information and drill-down views of Manufacturing key performance indicators.
? Data mine and integrate information from multiple data sources into a unified portal environment. Interact with CM supplied real-time or historical data source such as SQL Server, Oracle, ERP, CRM etc.
? Build on Microsoft SharePoint technology, create a manufacturing portal for Factory real-time, historical information for measuring KPIs.
? Seek out feedback on new ideas/technologies, process improvements, and tools that benefit the overall team
? Support ongoing sustaining activities for the BI environment (Data quality checks, etc.)

The candidate should have:
? 3 to 5 years top-notch dashboard development experience with available references
Ability to develop web-based, real-time, data visualization and KPI-dashboards that enables better operational decisions by providing the Operation team and management with the data they need, when they need it
? Experience with .NET Automation Web parts that integrate directly with Microsoft SharePoint Server-based systems. Includes real-time alerts, charting, visualization, reporting, data bridging, gauges and dials
? Knowledge of SQL Server queries/stored procedures, writing optimized code and usage of indexes and clean coding skills. Experience with relational databases
? Experience implementing Business Intelligence using dashboards, KPI, scorecards, charts, etc.,
Efficient use of standards, best practices, policies, & procedures and strategic framework for SharePoint related services,
Develop/identify SharePoint training options for end-users and site owners,
Manage and prioritize the requirements after consulting with the Manufacturing Engineering team
? Ability and willingness to troubleshoot, problem solve, and address any kind of data concern in real-time with authority and clarity.
