职位职责：

1、负责主持体验区景观工程相关的招标采购工作；

2、负责对项目景观成本进行及时有效的动态管理；

3、负责工程完工办理结算或结算审核；

4、负责竣工结算后完成项目技术经济指标分析及知识沉淀并录入成本系统；

5、负责对景观工程成本进行全过程管理；

6、配合景观专员完成项目启动阶段的成本控制依据编制；

7、配合结算审计。

职位要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，成本管理专业优先 ，211重点大学优先；

2、 5年以上工作经验，不少于3年地产甲方景观成本管理经验；

3、 熟悉景观工程相关的专业知识或施工知识，对图纸效果理解准确，有一定成本管理实践经验；

4、 熟练应用基本办公软件；

5、 至少熟悉一种造价管理应用软件；

6、 有造价师资质优先 ；

7、 沟通协调能力强，有一定的性格强度，严谨、细致，具有专业精神。
