职责：
1.负责店内行政事务的管理，以保证店铺的正常运营，并完成公司下达的销售和非销售目标
2.负责团队的管理，为新销售人员提供销售技巧和专业服务的培训，能合理激励员工的工作，以提高员工的销售绩效
3.建立和维护良好的客户关系，使用专业的方式和技巧向客户传达产品知识和信息，并建立和维护好VIP客户信息库
4.保证店内零售管理系统的正常使用及维护，使业务数据的记录及时，准确和完整
5.负责管理店内库存以有效支持销售和技术服务
6.负责配合公司组织店内的公关及市场活动，根据公司要求，做好店铺内的商品陈列

要求：
1.六年以上相关零售行业管理经验
2.良好的组织能力和逻辑思维能力
3.良好的沟通能力和客户服务技巧
4.熟练的电脑操作技能

工作地点：北京市区
