Job description ：
1、 Supervised, scheduled and coordinated daily production planning and fulfillment
2、Keeping focusing on the capacity, take actions to solve capacity issues
3、Manage production efficiency to meet the target
4、Supervising and monitoring the completion of production order to ensure on-time-delivery
5、Data collection and confirmation. For the key operation data, collect and confirm accuracy of data, submit and review with Operations manager and Finance manager by monthly.
6、Communicate and coordinate with internal and external team on continuous improvement
7、Manage in-direct labors’ ratio and define individuals’ job roles
8、Define operators/line leader/supervisor’s job roles
9、Manage and coordinate the resources including operators, fixtures, tooling and machines
10、Performance evaluation for production employees

Experience and Requirement
1、At least 5 years production management working experience
2、Strong Execution
3、Excellent in leading team and driving skill
4、Be good at people management
5、Familiar with different production models such as cell line, assembly line, lean manufacturing to support high mix low volume or low mix high volume products
6、Familiar with rules and regulations of EHS, CSR, ISO90001, ISO14000 and ERP/Kanban/Shop floor system
7、Teamwork
8、Problem solving, decision making
9、Sensitive to data ?Be fluency in oral English
10、Be fluency in oral English

任职资格：
1、至少5年以上生产管理工作经验
2、执行力强
3、领导力和推动力强
4、擅长人员管理
5、熟悉Cell线、流水线、精准生产等不同的生产模式，以适应不同的产品需求，如小量多品种或大量少品种
6、熟悉EHS、CSR、ISO90001、ISO14000的条款和法规，熟悉ERP、Kanban、Shopfloor系统
7、团队合作
8、解决问题和作决定的能力
9、对数据有一定的敏感度
10、流利的英语口语
